Up on a PR stating their product is now commercially available. Strong volume into the close. Such a shit company, 64K in the bank and 15.6M n debt. There's warrants out for 3.3M shares at an exercise price of 6.5, that's a 50% increase on SO diluting all shareholders
GBSN - Med lab research- MC:17M, S/O:5M
No news or SEC filings to coincide with the move apart from earnings a week ago, can people really be this slow? IPO lock-up ends in 6 weeks, interesting to see if the stock keeps spiking in the meantime. Restricted shares account for 76% of the S/O. Keep an eye out for a measured move on day 2.

Delisting play, up for no other reason.

1.75M shares expire on the 24th March at an exercise price of 3.4375 making this run-up from 1.5 seem a little suss.
