Watch List 27-05-15

ONTY - Biotech, 80M Float

CBLI - Biotech, recent earnings. Tonnes of resistance @ $4. Ultra low float, 500K shares. 5X float rotation day. Insider just bought 400K shares.

VBLT - Biotech, 6.4M Float, 1.5x Float rotation day.

FXCM - Investment Brokerage. 47M Float. Up on SEC filing in regards to assuming a vast majority of CitiFX's (subsidiary of CitBank) forex clients. Sketchy mention of how CitiBank trades $30B per month. Something tells me CitiBank, a multi Billion dollar Co, didn't offload the account because the are profitable.
